四、 研究方向及简介 主要研究方向为果树病理学,以苹果、梨树生产中危害严重的枝干病害腐烂病、轮纹病等为研究对象,重点对病原菌的侵染致病过程、致病机理及其与寄主的互作机制等进行研究,并涉及苹果主要病害生防菌的筛选及应用等方面的研究内容。首次建立了多种果树病原菌的ATMT遗传转化技术体系,筛选出与多个与病原菌生长发育和致病力相关的T-DNA插入突变体,并获得了GFP标记的腐烂病菌、炭疽病菌等菌株,为揭示病原菌的分子致病机理奠定了基础。证实了苹果树腐烂病菌侵染致病过程中可产生多种类型的细胞壁降解酶和毒素,分析了其生物学特性,确定了主要的致病因子;筛选并鉴定了数个苹果主要病害的生防菌菌株,明确了其生防机制并对其应用潜能进行了评价。
